This beautiful valicha Peru doll has been inspired by Valicha, she wears the typical Cusco costume that consists of a skirt adorned with ribbons, a woven sash, a blouse, and on her shoulders she wears a beautiful montera (hat) in black and red that is also adorned with ribbons. In her hands she carries a row of pompoms and on her calves, traditional Peruvian ribbons.
Valicha is the diminutive of Valeriana.
Valeriana Huillca Condori lived in a small town in Cusco called Acopía. This traditional Cusco dance is inspired by the romance of and of a teacher.
