All prices on our website are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and displayed using the symbol US$.
Payments are processed in USD. If you are purchasing from outside the United States, your bank or payment provider will automatically convert the amount to your local currency at the time of the transaction.

Payment is made in advance by paying 100% of the product and shipping costs through the following payment methods:

• PayPal (credit and debit cards accepted).
• Bank Transfer.
• Western Union.
• MoneyGram.

Wholesale Orders

If you own a business and would like to buy our authentic Peruvian handcrafted products at wholesale prices, follow these steps:

1. Create a wholesale account by registering here:

2. Complete the registration form with your business information.
3. Wait for approval. Our team will review your application and notify you once your wholesale account has been approved.
4. Once approved, sign in to your account and place your wholesale order.

Please note: Wholesale orders require a minimum purchase of US$250 in products (excluding shipping).

Retail & Sample Orders

If you’re shopping for personal use or would like to purchase samples, simply follow these steps:

1. Browse our online store and select the products you’d like to purchase.
2. Add your selected items to your shopping cart.
3. Enter your shipping and payment information during checkout.
4. After your payment is completed, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email.

There is no minimum order for retail or sample purchases. You are welcome to order one item or several at our regular retail prices.

No. Anyone can purchase from our store. There is no minimum order for retail purchases or sample orders, so you’re welcome to buy a single item or several at our regular retail prices.

If you’re buying for resale, you can also apply for a wholesale account to access wholesale pricing. Wholesale accounts require a minimum purchase of US$250 in products (excluding shipping).

• FedEx: For orders up to 1.5 kilos – Delivery time between 4 to 6 days.
• DHL: For orders over 1.5 kilos – Delivery time between 4 to 6 days.
• SERPOST: For order from 1 to 20 kilos – Delivery time from 2 to 3 weeks.

Yes! If your order reaches 100 kg or more (by actual or volumetric weight), we can offer substantially discounted shipping rate via Air Cargo. This is ideal for larger shipments or wholesale purchases.

At Aklla Export, we understand that your brand is important. That’s why our products do not carry the Aklla Export brand. Instead, some products feature the Marca Perú imprint or embroidery, as shown in the product photos. This allows you to offer our products under your own business name or brand, using your own labels when appropriate.

No. Shipping costs cover the transportation and delivery of your order, but customs duties, import taxes, and any applicable customs clearance fees are not included in the shipping cost.

These charges, when applicable, are determined by the customs authorities in the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. DHL or the local customs authority may collect these charges before the shipment can be delivered.

What about orders shipped to the United States?

Please note that the United States de minimis exemption for shipments valued at $800 or less was eliminated effective August 29, 2025. As a result, commercial shipments entering the United States may now be subject to applicable customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees regardless of their value.

These charges are determined by U.S. Customs and are collected by the carrier, such as DHL, on their behalf. AKLLA does not control the amount of these charges and they are not included in the shipping cost paid at checkout.
